Manage inventory, equipment, and materials in *blinkpilot*
Items represent your inventory, equipment, and materials. They're used during order preparation and commissioning workflows.
What is an Item?
Items fall into three categories:
- Equipment: Reusable assets (devices, tools, vehicles, trailers)
- Material: Consumable supplies needed for projects
- Articles: Individual components with specific tracking codes
Items vs. Products
