Company Setup
Configure your company details and preferences
Before you start creating offers, make sure your company information is set up correctly.
Access Company Settings
- Click on Settings in the sidebar
- Select Company Settings
Required Information
Fill in these essential details:

| Company Name | Your official business name | Appears on offers and documents |
| Address | Street, ZIP, City, Country | Used for geocoding and scheduling |
| Contact Email | General contact email | Reply-to address for sent offers |
| Phone | Business phone number | Customer communication |
Address & Location
Your company address is important for the scheduling system:
- The scheduler calculates travel times from your location
- Make sure to enter the complete address including ZIP code
- The system will geocode your address automatically
Industry Selection
Select your industry to get relevant defaults and features:
- Construction
- Landscaping
- Cleaning Services
- Installation & Repair
- Other
