How to deliver offers to your customers via email

Once you've created an offer, you can send it directly to your customer through blinkpilot.

Sending via Email

  1. Open the offer you want to send
  2. Click Send via Email in the actions menu
  3. Confirm the recipient email address
  4. Click Send Offer

What the Customer Receives

Your customer gets a professional email containing:

  • A summary of the offer
  • Your company details
  • A PDF attachment with the complete offer

Requirements

To send offers, you need:

  • A valid email address on the customer (company or contact)
  • Your company's contact email configured (used as reply-to address)

Resending Offers

If you need to send the offer again:

  • Click Resend via Email
  • Useful if the customer didn't receive it or needs a reminder

Tracking Sent Offers

The offer's activity timeline shows:

  • When it was sent
  • Who it was sent to
  • If it was resent

Common Issues

"No recipient email found"

  • Add an email address to the company or contact

"No reply-to email configured"

  • Set up your company contact email in Settings > Company Settings

What's Next?

After sending, wait for the customer's response and then handle their decision.
