Each item record contains information for tracking your inventory and equipment. Here's what each field means.

Basic Information

Material/Article Details

Viewing Item Details

From the Item List

  1. Click on an item row
  2. The detail page opens
  3. Information is organized in cards:
    • Item Information
    • Equipment Details (for equipment)
    • Article Details (for materials/articles)
    • Notes (if present)

Information Cards

Item Information Card shows:

  • Name and description
  • Category
  • Unit (for materials/articles)

Equipment Details Card (equipment only) shows:

  • Equipment type
  • Total quantity

Article Details Card shows:

  • Article number
  • Article number type

Items in Order Workflows

Preparation

Items are used during order preparation:

  • Select equipment needed for the job
  • Choose materials to bring
  • Plan what to load

Commissioning

Items are tracked during commissioning:

  • Record what was actually used
  • Track equipment deployment
  • Document material consumption

From an item detail page, you can:

  • Edit - Update item information
  • Delete - Remove the item
