Execution

Execution is the final phase where the actual work is carried out.

What is Execution?

Handling Issues

If problems arise during execution:

  • Reschedule if needed

Work Can't Be Completed

  2. Arrive prepared - Commissioning should be complete
  3. Document thoroughly - Notes help with future reference
  4. Communicate issues - Report problems immediately
