Keep your product catalog organized and up-to-date for efficient offer creation.

Finding Products

Search

Use the search feature to find specific products:

  1. Select a search field from the dropdown:
    • Product number
    • Name
    • Article number
    • Unit
  2. Enter your search term
  3. Click Search or press Enter

Tips:

  • Partial matches work for text fields
  • Search is case-insensitive
  • Product numbers require exact matches

Sorting

Click on column headers to sort by:

  • Product number
  • Name
  • Type (Goods/Service)
  • Unit
  • Article number

Pagination

Results display 10 products per page. Use pagination controls for larger catalogs.

Editing Products

Update Details

  1. Find and open the product
  2. Click Edit
  3. Make your changes
  4. Click Save

What You Can Change

  • Name
  • Type (Goods/Service)
  • Unit
  • Description
  • Article number and type
  • Notes

What Stays Fixed

  • Product number (auto-generated)
  • Creation date
  • Usage in existing offers/orders (unaffected by edits)

Deleting Products

To delete a product:

  1. Open the product detail page
  2. Click Delete
  3. Confirm the deletion

Warning: Deleting a product removes it from your catalog. Existing offers and orders that used this product are not affected.

Organizing Your Catalog

Naming Conventions

Use consistent naming for easier searching:

Use the same units for similar products:

  • All labor in "Hours"
  • All cable in "Meters"

  • Verify units are correct
