What to do after your first login to *blinkpilot*

After logging in for the first time, you'll be guided through the initial setup process.

Complete Your Profile

When you first log in, you'll be asked to complete your profile:

  1. Full Name - Your display name in the system
  2. Profile Picture (optional) - Helps team members identify you

Explore the Dashboard

The dashboard is your home base. Here's what you'll see:

For Managers

  • Status Overview - Quick stats on offers, orders, and tasks
  • Expiring Offers - Offers that need attention soon
  • Team Absences - Who's out today and upcoming

For Team Members

  • My Tasks - Your assigned tasks for today
  • Upcoming Work - What's coming up this week

Navigation

Use the sidebar to access different sections:

  • Dashboard - Your home overview
  • Offers - Create and manage quotes
  • Orders - Track active jobs
  • Scheduling - Plan work assignments
  • Customers - Companies and contacts
  • Calendar - Visual schedule view
  • Team - Members and settings
