Manage your subscription and understand account deletion

Understand how your blinkpilot subscription works and what happens when you cancel.

Your Subscription

Your blinkpilot subscription gives your team access to all features. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Cancelling Your Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings in the sidebar
  2. Select Billing
  3. Click Manage Subscription
  4. Follow the cancellation steps

What happens after cancellation:

  • Your team continues to have full access until the billing period ends
  • No further charges will be made
  • You'll receive a confirmation email

After Your Subscription Expires

When your subscription ends:

During the 60-day grace period:

  • Your data remains safe
  • You can reactivate by purchasing a new subscription
  • Team members cannot access the workspace

Reactivating Your Account

You can reactivate your workspace anytime within 60 days:

  1. Log in to blinkpilot
  2. You'll see the reactivation page
  3. Choose a subscription plan
  4. Complete payment
  5. Your workspace is restored immediately

Note: After 60 days, reactivation is no longer possible and all data is permanently deleted.

Deleting Your Personal Account

Personal account deletion is handled by our support team to ensure data safety.

To request account deletion:

  1. Send an email to kundenservice@blinkpilot.com
  2. Include the email address associated with your account
  3. Our team will process your request within 5 business days

What happens:

  • Your personal account is permanently deleted
  • You're removed from any team workspaces
  • Your personal data is erased according to GDPR requirements

Exporting Your Data

Before cancelling, you may want to export your data.

To request a data export:

  1. Contact kundenservice@blinkpilot.com
  2. Specify what data you need (offers, orders, customer data, etc.)
  3. Our team will prepare your export

Tip: Request your data export before your subscription expires to ensure you have copies of all important information.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund if I cancel mid-billing period?

Subscriptions are non-refundable. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.

What happens to my team members when I cancel?

Team members lose access when the subscription expires. They keep their personal blinkpilot accounts and can join other workspaces.

Can I reactivate after 60 days?

No. After 60 days, all workspace data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. You would need to create a new workspace from scratch.

Who can cancel the subscription?

Only the workspace Owner can manage billing and cancel the subscription.
